Tuvía – the new platform to plan your upcoming journey

Tuvía is a social media network developed for travelers. The aim of the platform is to help you plan your journey, as well as finding your way in unknown surrounding and sharing your experiences with other travelers. It’s a new way of planning a custom journey without a travel agency, but with experiences of other users.

Tuvía can be used for inspirations for your next journey but also if you looking for something specific like activities at your next travel destination. With strong colors and a playful design it gets you in the mood for your next journey.

I developed Tuvía on my own as my graduation project, including concept, design and motion graphics.

The concept

The concept of tuvía addresses the needs of individual travelers. All features are based on a network that is built from travelers for travelers based on their experience and knowledge. Tuvía’s aim is to propose the best activities and destinations for you and your individual needs. With a rating system including different keywords every location can only be assessed by travelers who have already been there. Local experts inform you about the best insides in their region and if you want to know more, you can contact them directly with your personal questions.

Based on your completed journeys and postings you can also become an expert and help others fulfilling their dreams and connect to other travelers. Of course you can use all the information for your own inspiration, but Tuvía also offers the opportunity to book your journey with one of its partners. If you do so, all of your receipts for flights, activities hotels or rental cars can be found at one place: Your personal Tuvía Roadbook. Without ever checking thousands of mails in order to find the right one with a booking confirmation.

The brand

Every journey is different as it comes with a variety of new facets, making it your personal trip. So does Tuvía. It's your route, your way of doing things. With various forms and colors Tuvía gives you the joy of traveling already while you're at home still planning what you want to see. Even if you're changing directions a few times it will adapt your needs and show you the beauty of this world.

The categories mark every location and every activity to give a quick overview on what to expect. There are eight categories helping the user to navigate through all the different opportunities to choose from.
