For example, companies like Telekom or 1&1 can integrate this platform to offer their users a central place to manage all their products and contracts. It also allows customers to purchase new services or report technical issues directly to the provider. The core CI for this project was developed by Native Creative, a small studio based in Berlin. My role was to implement the design and refine the user experience to significantly enhance the product's overall usability.

As a platform with a wide range of services, creating a consistent profile that makes all related features easy to find was a real challenge. While it was a relaunch there was a bunch of new organisation and relocation needed to match UX needs.
As a service provider, dimari offers the platform to other telecommunications providers. In the end, their corporate identity and product portfolio are integrated into the design.
Next
